Project Manager (Consumer Insights)

What you will do

• Manage Consumer Insights projects from proposal support and costing through setup, fielding, analysis, and final delivery.
• Coordinate Client Service, Operations, external vendors, and other partners to meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and accuracy requirements.
• Identify and mitigate operational, delivery, and profitability risks with transparent communication and mitigation plans.
• Resolve issues and non-standard requirements while providing hands-on support to Client Service.
• Manage multi-country, offline, mixed-methodology, and highly technical or complex projects.
• Support team performance through direct-report management, training, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Market Research experience, preferably in Operations.
• Extensive project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards and controls.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• English skills in written and verbal communication are preferred.
