Senior Project Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Represent plant and country interests while aligning them with project objectives and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
• Raise and follow up on PAM releases while tracking available, required, and spent Capex.
• Lead detailed ramp-up planning based on customer requirements and project team inputs.
• Plan and coordinate Run@rate activities, report findings, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Monitor and report ramp-up progress and plant KPIs, including costs, quality, and delivery performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities, manage measures in the project environment, and share lessons learned with the launch team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal English proficiency is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
