What you will do
- Lead new projects through planning, construction, and qualification phases within approved budgets and timelines.
- Manage premises expansion, site upgrades, equipment purchasing, and building maintenance activities.
- Define user requirements, assign project resources, and manage dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
- Control project scope changes, develop contingency plans, resolve conflicts, and adapt plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure employee and contractor safety, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and HSE resource availability.
- Integrate energy management and energy-saving equipment requirements into project design and report project progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- More than 6 years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of project management, HSE, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, decision-making, and team development skills.
- Work is based in Cairo, Egypt.
