What you will do

• Analyze system requirements, operational concepts, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Plan and execute performance analysis, performance data collection, program-level testing, and event-level testing.
• Assess performance risks, operational environments, system testability, criticality, effectiveness, and suitability metrics.
• Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation approaches and apply statistical analysis to characterize confidence in performance estimates.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering, test organizations, government sponsors, WIPTs, and integrated test teams.
• Manage test readiness, instrumentation, data and configuration management, discrepancy reporting, compliance arrangements, and participant training.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience as a Test and Evaluation professional on programs or contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, engineering, statistics, engineering management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Four additional years of Test and Evaluation experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with an appropriate current polygraph is required.
• Ability to receive privileged access rights.
