What you will do

• Manage developmental and operational Test and Evaluation programs for B-52 modernization and sustainment from requirements development through planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and follow-on testing.
• Develop T&E strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test plans, schedules, resource estimates, and risk management plans.
• Lead or support Integrated Test Teams, test working groups, technical interchange meetings, and coordination with government, contractors, and flight-test agencies.
• Assess test design and results, manage test data and execution risks, and provide technical inputs for acquisition and programmatic decisions.
• Support OFP development, aircraft operations and employment, avionics and weapons integration, and complex aircraft systems integration.
• Support SEEK EAGLE stores certification, flight-test data collection, systems engineering analyses, and official records management.

Requirements

• Active or current Top Secret security clearance or higher, verifiable in DISS.
• Master’s or Doctorate with 10 years of related experience, including 5 years in the DoD; or Bachelor’s with 12 years, including 5 years in the DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
• At least 10 years of Test and Evaluation experience covering program management, test engineering, planning, execution, data analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of DoD systems engineering, configuration management, test infrastructure, developmental and operational testing, and T&E certification progression through Level 3.
• Experience with U.S. military aircraft, operational employment, weapons capabilities, software development, avionics subsystem integration, and OFP development and testing.
• Expertise in weapons integration, SEEK EAGLE stores certification, munitions safety, and aircraft test and systems engineering, including flutter, loads, stability and control, dynamic response, and stores separation.
