Integration | Test and Evaluation Specialist (Senior)

Location: On-site in El Segundo, California, supporting programs at Los Angeles Air Force Base

Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year, depending on education and experience

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for the end-to-end testing and evaluation of resilient MW/MT ground system software.
• Manage the full software testing lifecycle from initial test planning through final system acceptance.
• Direct developmental and operational test events, ensuring ICD compliance and validating system performance against technical requirements.
• Manage test-related risks and analyze progress against testing plans and schedules.
• Lead end-to-end testing of GMI asset development and integration.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary DoD personnel and defense hardware contractors.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• At least 10 equivalent years of experience in test and evaluation and integration activities within government, federally funded research and development centers, or government support and development contractors.
• Knowledge of quantitative techniques for analyzing test data, interpreting results, and briefing senior DoD leadership.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software testing lifecycles and test and evaluation practices for Major Defense Acquisition Programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
