Location: Remote

Salary: $42.00 per hour target base compensation at the commencement of employment; final pay depends on location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other business considerations. Total compensation may also include stock options and company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Transform design blueprints and source material into cohesive learning modules, slide decks, and training packages.
• Create visually clear content that makes complex information easy to understand.
• Adapt learning materials for virtual delivery through platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
• Write facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues, transition notes, and classroom instructions.
• Design interactive learning experiences using polls, breakout scenarios, reflection prompts, discussions, and peer-to-peer activities.
• Develop participant workbooks, handouts, and extension activities for post-session practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, document creation tools, CMS, and LMS systems.
• Ability to adapt writing to a warm, empathetic, and conversational brand voice.
• User-centered approach to designing learning experiences for learners’ needs and environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with virtual instructor-led training and remote instruction.
• Basic knowledge of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM, or adult learning theories.
• Ability to use artificial intelligence to improve design workflows and content quality.
