Retail Designer (Retail Architecture)

What you will do

• Bring H&M design and interior concepts, brand identity, and commercial objectives to life through architectural drawings.
• Create and review architectural, interior design, and construction document packages for retail projects.
• Develop retail concepts, improvements, and innovative solutions for technical and design challenges.
• Present plans, sections, 3D models, and visualizations clearly and professionally.
• Manage project timelines, documentation, handovers, and follow-up on project outcomes.
• Coordinate with brands, contractors, consultants, project teams, and local hirify.global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, and other CAD software for 2D/3D design.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail architecture or interior design, particularly commercial space planning.
• Understanding of real estate project stages from exploration and negotiation through design, approval, construction, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
