Architectural Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, United States; office-based work with frequent movement around the office and occasional outdoor activity. Travel or co-location may be required.

What you will do

• Coordinate overall project completion with the Project Manager and Project Designer, carrying out the design intent using architectural practices.
• Assist with programming and manage client budgets, schedules, programs, and project fee budgets.
• Manage project communication, documentation, and team task assignments.
• Lead or design small projects and oversee the work of project team members.
• Supervise and mentor staff while coordinating client meetings and project communication.
• Support marketing and communicate the integrated enterprise approach.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant architecture experience.
• Understanding of complex aspects of architecture and architectural design and production.
• Comfort using SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools.
• Professional registration is preferred.
• Ability to work from the Atlanta office and maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry plans or boxes weighing more than 10 pounds and participate in client meetings.
