Project Architect/Project Manager (Architect)- Aviation

Location: Fort Lauderdale, United States; may require travel or co/location.

What you will do

• Lead project teams through technical documentation, Revit modeling, quality control, and consultant coordination.
• Develop and detail building systems, building skin details, and interior systems coordination.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on budgets, project plans, milestone schedules, and staffing.
• Collaborate with designers and construction teams on design intent, cost estimates, sequencing, and constructability.
• Apply zoning, building, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes; research systems and resolve technical issues.
• Lead or delegate construction administration and mentor and train junior staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant architecture experience.
• College degree from a NAAB-accredited program.
• Professional registration.
• Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam.
• Ability to maintain architectural design and production standards, coordinate client meetings, and communicate consistently with project stakeholders.
• Ability to work in or travel to the Fort Lauderdale office/location as required.
