Senior Project Coordinator (Architecture)

Location: Raleigh, United States; office-based work with possible travel or co-location

What you will do

• Coordinate overall project completion with the Project Manager and Project Designer while carrying out architectural design intent.
• Manage client budgets, schedules, programs, project fees, communication, and documentation.
• Assign and oversee project team tasks and direct the work of team members.
• Supervise and mentor staff while supporting programming principles and client meetings.
• Identify customer needs and understand client culture.
• Lead or design small projects and communicate the value of integrated project delivery.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant architecture experience.
• Understanding of complex architectural practices and design and production standards.
• Comfort using SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other 3D modeling and design tools.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and related parties and maintain timely, consistent attendance.
• Professional registration is preferred.
• Ability to work in the Raleigh office and move between office and outdoor environments as required.
