Architectural Senior Project Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, United States. The role involves frequent office-based activity, occasional outdoor work, client meetings, and may require travel or co-location.

What you will do

• Coordinate overall project completion with the Project Manager and Project Designer while carrying out architectural design intent.
• Assist with programming and manage client budgets, schedules, programs, and project fee budgets.
• Manage project communication, documentation, and team task assignments.
• Lead or design small projects and oversee the work of project team members.
• Supervise and mentor staff while identifying customer needs and understanding client culture.
• Communicate Beck’s integrated design and construction approach to support marketing and business development.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of relevant commercial architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of complex architectural practices and design production.
• Comfort using SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other 3D modeling and design tools.
• Ability to coordinate client meetings and communicate consistently with project teams and related parties.
• Ability to work in an office environment, move outdoors when required, and lift or carry plans or boxes weighing more than 10 pounds.
