Interior Design Coordinator II (Revit)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, United States; regular office presence and possible travel or co/location work may be required

What you will do

• Present interior design ideas and schemes to owners and project teams in three-dimensional formats.
• Develop interior design deliverables throughout all phases of a project as part of an integrated project team.
• Communicate design intent and participate in brainstorming sessions, design charrettes, and internal competitions.
• Generate multiple comprehensive design concepts for clients and design teams.
• Build client relationships, guide clients through difficult decisions, and represent Beck within the interior design community.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and construction teams while mentoring less experienced design staff.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant interior design experience.
• College degree in a relevant field.
• Comfort using SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and other 3D modeling and design tools.
• Ability to conceptualize and present ideas in three-dimensional formats.
• Ability to participate in client meetings, coordinate with project teams, and maintain design and production standards.
• Ability to work in the Fort Lauderdale office and meet possible co/location requirements.
