What you will do

• Participate in owner meetings and collaborate with the project team across all project phases.
• Contribute to projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Assist with conceptual design and programming development.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals, generating punch lists, and answering RFIs.
• Lead specific project activities, including consultant coordination, and independently solve project problems.
• Mentor and train junior staff.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant architecture experience.
• College graduate with a relevant NAAB-accredited degree.
• Understanding of fundamental architectural principles and design production practices.
• Comfort using SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools.
• Ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings and maintain consistent attendance.

• Pursuing licensure testing.
