Recruiting Intern

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California; relocation and full participation in a shared live/work hacker-house are expected.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with incoming candidates and provide a high-quality, talent-first experience.
• Coordinate introductions between vetted candidates and hiring teams at VC-backed startups.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from identifying problems through implementing solutions.
• Improve recruiting workflows and processes through automation and optimization.
• Collaborate directly with founders on operations, growth, and candidate success projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of internship experience in consulting, sales, startups, venture capital, or a similarly fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of initiatives and ability to deliver results from start to finish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in informal, entrepreneurial environments with high ambiguity.
• Evidence of high academic performance or meaningful project or technical contributions.
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco, work on-site in a shared live/work hacker-house, and commit to a 6-day work week.

Nice to have

• Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Familiarity with the VC-backed startup ecosystem and hiring practices.
