Head of Recruiting (AI)

What you will do

• Define recruiting strategy across the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Build robust sourcing pipelines to support ambitious hiring targets.
• Write runbooks for on-site interviews, work trials, and debriefs.
• Train interviewers to scale consistent and effective interview processes.
• Develop candidate personas with the founders and align job postings and public positioning with them.
• Source, coordinate, and close candidates while identifying and eliminating recruiting bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Experience across all stages of the recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, on-site interviews, and candidate closing.
• Strong individual problem-solving ability and willingness to work hands-on rather than coordinate external contractors.
• Leadership experience and readiness to build and manage a recruiting team as hiring needs grow.
• Fluency in AI talent and the ability to distinguish roles such as AI Trainer, SPL, and Research Engineer.
• In-depth understanding of how job titles across companies translate to real-world skill sets.
