What you will do

  • Manage and coach a team of technical recruiters, raising the bar on sourcing strategy and candidate experience.
  • Oversee delivery of high-priority engineering and technical roles, stepping in on complex searches.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to calibrate, forecast, and course-correct hiring plans.
  • Optimize tools, processes, and systems to drive speed, precision, and data hygiene.
  • Build a culture of excellence, feedback, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing high-growth teams.
  • Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success coaching recruiters and raising execution quality.
  • Must have 4+ hours of overlap with PST.
  • Strong instincts for prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and problem-solving.
  • AI fluency is a baseline expectation; must demonstrate ability to apply AI to accelerate workflows.
