Senior Recruiter (AI)

Location: New York, NY; onsite, with five days per week in person. The description also references working in person five days a week in San Francisco.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles.
• Build sourcing strategies, outbound initiatives, and talent pipelines across business functions and levels.
• Develop compelling outreach and employer-brand narratives aligned with the company mission.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and close.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on offer strategy, compensation bands, interview processes, and scorecards.
• Maintain recruiting data and reporting in Ashby, including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and source mix.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally across GTM or business roles.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to source and close strong candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong storytelling, written communication, analytical, and funnel-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with minimal structure.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week.
