Recruiting, Strategy and Operations

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, 4–5 days per week

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates, conduct initial screens, and identify referrals through employee networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring profiles and improve interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation criteria.
• Map companies, teams, and talent pools to build pipelines for current and future roles.
• Analyze recruiting funnels, sourcing channels, and conversion rates to identify process improvements.
• Organize talent-brand events, campaigns, and partnerships, particularly in San Francisco.
• Collaborate with engineers and company leaders on blog posts, content, and technical storytelling.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience in engineering, product, operations, go-to-market, or strategy is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; a technical or computer science background is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, writing, communication, analytical, and judgment skills.
• Ability to take ownership, move projects forward, and engage technical and business candidates.
• Willingness to work in person at the San Francisco or New York office 4–5 days per week.
