What you will do
- Analyze inputs from multiple sources to produce accurate, complete, and timely compliance reporting.
- Manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
- Execute controls by understanding end-to-end processes and supporting governance activities.
- Assist senior management with developing and administering Compliance programs.
- Identify strong and weak practices, escalate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in policy and governance matters.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
- Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk-related matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as ServiceNow.
- Experience producing accurate and timely reports with minimal rework.
- Ability to build trust through consistency, clarity, and follow-through.
