What you will do

• Collaborate with Chief Compliance Officer and business units to meet regulatory obligations and develop compliance risk assessments.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and implement strategies across all business units.
• Provide compliance training to managers and employees on policies and standards.
• Review and revise compliance policies, coordinating with audit and risk management.
• Supervise compliance teams, monitor strategies, and manage budgeting for compliance initiatives.
• Oversee audits with BSP, internal, and external auditors, ensuring ethical operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or related field.
• 3-5 years proven experience as Compliance Officer.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Experience managing people.
• Brilliant oral and written communication skills.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
