Regulatory Compliance Officer (Crypto)

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid

What you will do

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining regulatory compliance across all business units.
• Design and execute annual compliance risk assessment programs and identify compliance gaps.
• Recommend corrective actions and implementation strategies for compliance issues.
• Review and revise compliance policies and coordinate with internal audit and risk management.
• Supervise, guide, and counsel compliance teams while monitoring key strategies and action plans.
• Coordinate with BSP, internal auditors, and external auditors during periodic audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Compliance Officer.
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Experience managing people and compliance teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
