Paralegal

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Salary: PHP 50,000–80,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and compile reports, case summaries, and briefs.
• Maintain and organize case files, contracts, and other legal records.
• Support client communications, scheduling, and case management.
• Assist with compliance, due diligence, and administrative legal tasks.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to support efficient legal operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role.
• Required experience working in Australian legal practice or with Australian law.
• Strong organizational, time-management, written communication, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LEAP Legal, Smokeball, Clio, Actionstep, or MyCase.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
