Senior Compliance Professional (Fintech)

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid and flexible working available for most roles.

What you will do

• Promote the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and support the hirify.global Compliance Program.
• Manage compliance topics including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, personal trading, export controls, and compliance due diligence.
• Perform initial and periodic due diligence reviews of business associates and maintain accurate profiles.
• Deliver compliance training and maintain the Compliance Learning Management System.
• Maintain compliance registers, SharePoint pages, and the compliance shared mailbox.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance matters and contribute to compliance projects and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Law, or Finance; a relevant professional qualification is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk, or Internal Control.
• Knowledge of compliance due diligence, KYC, sanctions laws and regulations, internal policies, and regulatory frameworks.
• Working knowledge of World-Check, Lexis-Nexis, or equivalent tools, as well as compliance training systems.
• Strong analytical, business processing, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Excel, and PowerPoint; adaptability in a multicultural environment.
