AML / Compliance Officer (AML/CFT)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; AU/NZ business hours, 7:00AM to 4:00PM PH Time.

Salary: PHP 50,000–80,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Monitor and review compliance with AML/CFT regulations for Australian and New Zealand clients.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare compliance reports using approved processes.
• Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence.
• Support internal audits, regulatory reporting, and remediation activities.
• Respond to compliance queries and support AML training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit readiness.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of AML experience covering the Australian or New Zealand market.
• Strong knowledge of Australian or New Zealand financial crime, AML, and CFT regulations.
• Familiarity with law firm or corporate compliance practices in Australia or New Zealand.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work remotely from the Philippines during AU/NZ business hours.
