Inside Sales Representative - Order Entry (Electrical Manufacturing)

Location: 100% onsite in Pittsburgh, Kansas, United States; Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online channels.
• Process sales orders and coordinate fulfillment with production, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping teams.
• Maintain customer relationships, follow up on quotations, and identify and support new sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales representatives with pricing, lead tracking, and account management.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Help customers with product selection, lead times, technical information, and order-related requirements while meeting sales and service goals.

Requirements

• Previous inside sales or customer service experience combined with order entry skills.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and follow through on customer needs.
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Pittsburgh, Kansas, Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Knowledge of industrial products or custom fabrication processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with metal fabrication, electrical enclosures, industrial equipment, manufacturing, or construction environments.
