Sales Support Representative (Salesforce)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates should be located in the western region of Southern California, with the central region also considered.

Salary: $56,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support Territory Account Managers with deal registrations, pricing, pipeline management, quoting, and other activities that move opportunities toward close.
• Provide order tracking, product specifications, availability information, and related assistance to sales personnel and customers.
• Maintain Salesforce opportunities, including updates for discontinued products, and create and update sales materials and lists.
• Manage the sales show, sample, and loan pool, including ordering, tracking, and returns.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts and participate in sales calls and meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain, resellers, partners, and distributors to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience; inside sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in sales support administration or a similar role.
• CRM experience is required, including Salesforce experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong written, verbal, interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, solve problems quickly, build relationships, communicate with technical customers, and conduct virtual product demonstrations.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Inside sales experience.
