TL;DR

Clinical Training Manager (RN) (Clinical Training): Leading end-to-end delivery and effectiveness of healthcare training programs with an accent on learner readiness, trainer performance, clinical accuracy, and operational outcomes. Focus on coaching trainers, analyzing performance data, implementing targeted interventions, and improving knowledge management and digital learning enablement.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of assigned training classes and programs.
Own class-level outcomes, including learner readiness, assessments, production preparedness, transition performance, and attrition risk.
Partner with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, and client stakeholders on training performance, risks, actions, and learner progress.
Coach trainers on facilitation, classroom management, learner engagement, performance support, and clinical or process accuracy.
Plan refresher training, upskilling, floor support, and targeted coaching based on performance and quality data.
Use knowledge management resources, LMS platforms, analytics, digital tools, and responsible AI-enabled solutions to improve training effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
Active or current nursing license preferred or required depending on the program, client, and jurisdictional requirements.
3–5 years of experience in training delivery, coaching, facilitation, or program support.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Experience with performance management, learner development, data-driven decision-making, and performance analysis.
Must work from the United States.

Nice to have

Healthcare operations experience in utilization management, case management, appeals, nurse triage, clinical abstraction, or related clinical operations.
