Performance Management Training Course Instructor (Performance Management Training)

Location: Hybrid on/off client site and virtual delivery in the Southeastern United States and U.S. East Coast region, primarily near Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans for performance management training.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual instruction for Army Reserve civilian leadership development programs.
• Deliver one-day, eight-hour instructor-led or virtual engagements as a subject matter expert instructor.
• Conduct assessments and provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
• Use LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.

Requirements

• Hybrid availability for on-site and virtual delivery in the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast region is required.
• NACI eligibility is required to support the USARC Civilian Leadership & Development Program.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Expertise in performance planning, SMART objectives, feedback, coaching, employee development, performance evaluation, and accountability frameworks.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Relevant Department of Defense or military-sector experience.
• Functional or technical expertise in civilian workforce development.
