Dallas Technology Consulting Intern - 2027 (AI)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Hybrid work combines in-person work in the local hirify.global office and on client sites with remote work; interns must be available in the designated location during business hours for the entire internship and may travel locally or out of state.

Salary: $28–$38 per hour.

What you will do

• Collaborate with consulting teams to deliver client-focused solutions to complex business and technology problems.
• Support technology platform modernization, application strategy, cloud infrastructure, and transformation programs.
• Analyze, govern, visualize, and prepare data for analytics, machine learning, AI, and automation use cases.
• Contribute to cybersecurity, privacy, technology risk, resilience, and vulnerability remediation engagements.
• Support technology strategy, architecture, ERP implementation, business process mapping, documentation, testing, and data migration activities.
• Participate in training, onboarding, internal initiatives, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technology, data, engineering, mathematics, or information systems discipline.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for hirify.global without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be within one year of final graduation at the time of the internship and at least 18 years old.
• Experience using AI-powered productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Copilot or generative AI.
• Advanced verbal and written communication, critical thinking, analytical, teamwork, and documentation skills.
• Technical proficiency aligned with the assigned capability area, with relevant knowledge of databases, business intelligence, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, ERP systems, risk frameworks, or programming.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, BusinessObjects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, QlikView, or SSRS.
• Programming experience with Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday.
• Knowledge of security controls, identity management, encryption, data protection, resilience, and technology risk mitigation.
