Technical Solutions Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas (Onsite)

What you will do

• Design implementation architectures and scalable cloud-native data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Partner with customers to onboard, integrate, and harmonize data sources including EHRs, genomic, and imaging systems.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics teams to map and normalize clinical concepts and terminology systems.
• Build and optimize data processing workflows from discovery through production deployment.
• Develop reusable technical assets, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks to improve delivery scalability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare technology, data engineering, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Terraform, YAML, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR systems like Epic or Cerner.
• Familiarity with healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, ICD, SNOMED, and LOINC.
• Experience with data warehousing technologies like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Knowledge of NLP, AI/ML workflows, or biomedical data abstraction.
