Technology Transformation Intern (AI)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site

Salary: $37 per hour

What you will do

• Support advisory and implementation engagements across multiple client industries.
• Analyze client capabilities, technologies, processes, and business needs to identify opportunities for operational improvement and automation.
• Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize findings for senior audiences.
• Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.
• Assist with proposal development, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Develop technology knowledge and leadership skills through mentoring, networking, and team activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, finance, accounting, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Digital fluency using technology, data, and basic AI technologies to support productivity and decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and technical aptitude skills.
• Ability to understand current and future-state processes, analyze client needs, and work effectively in complex team environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available. Ability to travel to client sites on short notice and work additional hours as needed.
