Digital Consulting Senior Associate (Oracle Cloud SCM Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; travel up to 50% may be required.

Base salary: $120,000–$145,000 USD annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $134,400–$171,100 USD annually.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution design for Oracle Cloud Procurement implementations serving hospitals and health systems.
• Execute all phases of the Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle: design, configuration, validation, deployment, and support.
• Analyze client requirements, identify key insights, and create clear client-ready documentation and presentations.
• Collaborate with integration, reporting, and data teams on seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Lead project workstreams and develop junior team members through client-facing project work.
• Travel up to 50% to work with clients and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• At least 2 years of experience with cloud implementations.
• Implementation and configuration experience with Oracle Cloud Sourcing, Self-Service Requisitioning, Purchasing, Supplier Portal and Qualification Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Experience leading or supporting implementations for hospitals and health systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, attention-to-detail, and independent workstream management skills.
