Sr. Consultant

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel is required to meet client needs and timetables.

Estimated salary range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage RFPs and evaluation processes for security management, parking, shuttle, and valet contracts.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, and other provider departments to complete contracting activities.
• Develop vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and identify provider savings opportunities.
• Design project work plans, track progress, and validate savings achieved through program engagement.
• Prepare analyses and assessment reports covering observations, crime indices, user feedback, practice gaps, and financial investments or savings.
• Assess and recommend improvements to security operations, access control, surveillance, safety procedures, training, facilities, vehicles, and public safety processes.

Requirements

• CHPA credentials and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a Director of Security or in law enforcement within a multi-location healthcare system.
• Ability to read location schematic drawings and specifications.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year.
• Proficiency in project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• Parking management expertise, including shuttle and valet operations.
• Consulting, analytics, healthcare supply chain procurement, and clinical or non-clinical healthcare process experience.
• Board certification in Security Management.
