Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead platform implementation and drive adoption for multiple life sciences clients.
• Build strong relationships and trust with client software users through 1:1 and group sessions.
• Act as a bridge between clients and Product & Engineering teams to guide platform evolution.
• Present business results and platform impact to senior executives during business reviews.
• Manage day-to-day client priorities and project deliverables.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop and scale the Client Solutions function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategic consulting or client-facing enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to present effectively to executives and large groups.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in or willingness to learn about rare disease and specialty pharma.
• Must be located in New York City or willing to relocate.
