Client Solutions Associate (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: New York, New York, United States. Candidates outside NYC must be willing to relocate.

Annual salary: $95,000–$115,000 plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Support multiple life sciences clients through platform implementation, ongoing support, and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with client software users and drive platform adoption.
• Lead individual and group user sessions to gather feedback, educate users, and demonstrate client value.
• Develop expert knowledge of the platform and its data model.
• Connect clients with Product and Engineering teams to guide platform growth and evolution.
• Present business results to senior executives and manage client priorities and day-to-day projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategic consulting or client-facing enterprise SaaS.
• Experience collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Confidence presenting to executives and large groups.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, independence, and initiative.
• Experience in, or willingness to learn about, rare diseases and specialty pharma.
• Must be located in NYC or willing to relocate to NYC.
