Global Operations - Sr. Procurement Manager

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

Annual base salary: $140,000–$180,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives from requirements assessment and market analysis through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and financial objectives.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, commercial terms, service levels, risk provisions, and contractual protections.
• Establish supplier governance, performance management, compliance monitoring, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, senior leaders, and other stakeholders on procurement initiatives, acquisitions, integrations, and transformation programs.
• Track savings and value creation, build financial models, use spend analytics, and drive procurement technology and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex sourcing initiatives and supplier negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier governance, risk management, and procurement best practices.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams, with strong financial analysis, negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with enterprise procurement platforms and analytics tools; SAP experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• CPSM or PMP certification.
• Media and entertainment industry experience.
