Procurement Manager, Senior (INDG)

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier evaluations, competitive benchmarking, and complex commercial negotiations.
• Oversee technology procurement covering enterprise software, cloud services, cybersecurity, AI, and commercial software agreements.
• Direct Procurement operations, Source-to-Pay processes, policies, vendor master data, purchasing cards, and system access.
• Lead procurement transformation through process optimization, workflow automation, technology enablement, and system enhancements.
• Develop procurement KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, spend analytics, savings pipelines, and supplier performance reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Information Security, Accounts Payable, technology teams, and business units to manage suppliers, compliance, risk, and business value.

Requirements

• At least eight years of relevant procurement experience, including three to five years in a management or leadership position.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, technology procurement, and category management.
• Experience with procurement transformation, process improvement, automation, systems implementation, and change management.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis, savings validation, cost optimization, financial modeling, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with procurement or ERP platforms such as SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or Coupa.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CPSM, C.P.M., an advanced degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations, or another relevant professional certification.
