Strategic Sourcing Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: North American operations supporting sites across the United States and Canada

Salary: $94,300–$122,600 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end category strategy and sourcing execution for operations services across North America.
• Develop strategies covering facilities management, MRO, maintenance, sanitation, waste management, pest control, environmental services, and related categories.
• Drive supplier consolidation, service standardization, outsourcing, insourcing, and operating model transformation.
• Lead complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and commercial strategy development.
• Present fact-based recommendations to senior leadership and implement initiatives to realize negotiated value.
• Build supplier governance frameworks, KPI scorecards, and performance management processes while using analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, operations, engineering, facilities management, manufacturing, consulting, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and sourcing initiatives across multi-site operations or service networks.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, analytical and strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, manage ambiguity, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business results and present business cases to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• MBA or a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, facilities management, or engineering services.
• Experience with supplier consolidation, facilities services, MRO, environmental services, sanitation, waste management, pest control, or integrated facilities models.
• Experience using analytics, automation, AI tools, and data-driven decision-making.
