Power Delivery Senior Project Manager

Salary: $128,000–$183,000 per year

What you will do

• Direct and coordinate single- and multidisciplinary project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Manage large multidisciplinary projects and technically complex medium-sized projects.
• Maintain client relationships, support business development, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
• Plan staffing, workloads, deliverables, budgets, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Lead work sessions, coordinate stakeholders, and implement QA/QC procedures.
• Supervise project staff and mentor less-experienced Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the position location, such as a PE or P.Eng. license.
• Experience with high-voltage substation and transmission line systems, complex design, and consulting assignments.
• Demonstrated leadership, business development, strategic planning, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with Primavera P3, SureTrak, or Prolog.
• Experience leading Engineer/Procure/Construct contracts or other alternative delivery models.
• Access experience.
