Project Manager II (Power)

Location: Remote from any location within the United States. The requisition is associated with Denver, Colorado.

Salary: USD $117,000–$145,000 per year, plus potential participation in an annual discretionary bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead complex power-sector projects from proposal development through completion, serving as the primary project advocate and communication point.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, remote resources, subcontractors, procurement, and project activities across multiple sites and offices.
• Manage project budgets, cash flows, billing, earned value tracking, cost performance, margins, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain complex project schedules, including construction sequencing, critical milestones, and resource- and cash-loaded schedules.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, meetings, quality control, and communication with clients and internal management.
• Promote safety leadership and adherence to company and client safety policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of related experience; 8 years preferred.
• Experience managing successful projects of significant complexity.
• Knowledge and experience in project management, project controls, and construction management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Ability to work from within the United States.
