What you will do

• Greet customers and provide professional, concierge-level support throughout the repair process.
• Communicate repair recommendations, maintenance needs, timelines, warranties, and service updates.
• Manage service orders and help coordinate workflow in the service drive.
• Distribute repair orders between technicians and coordinate parts or tools when needed.
• Support technician productivity, daily labor sales goals, warranty administration, and service processes.
• Collaborate with technicians, management, and manufacturer representatives while supporting process improvement.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership ability, a positive attitude, and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous automotive service advisor or dealership experience is preferred; CDK and Xtime experience is preferred.
