Location: Scottsdale, with a hybrid work model; positions in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York require regular office collaboration. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $84,000–$105,000 USD per year for the Phoenix, Chicago, and Washington, DC pay scale, plus a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.

What you will do
- Research and analyze client, cross-client, dataset, product, and consortium data to assess quality and contribution health.
- Act as a subject matter expert on datasets, data quality, operating rules, and technical requirements supporting products and services.
- Manage critical client data projects, including validation scheduling, forecasting, remediation, and confirmation of results.
- Track multiple cases and projects in the CRM while coordinating data sourcing and provisioning for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop reporting routines, metrics, and monitoring that identify trends, risks, and required adjustments to quality indicators and thresholds.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, business analysts, project managers, developers, and business partners on data issues, process improvements, training, and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Data Analytics, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, data quality, data management, technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau Prep, SAS, R, Python, or another programming language.
- Financial institution or financial-services experience in operations, fraud detection, investigations, or compliance.
- Project management experience leading multiple complex projects independently, meeting deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer at the date of hire; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience or certification with Talend or Informatica data management and data-quality platforms.
- Risk management expertise and knowledge of data-quality dimensions such as timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Bank operations experience, FCRA-related work, and experience preparing reports, procedures, and presentations.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
