Enterprise Data Delivery Specialist (Financial Services)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,600–$162,400 USD annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and equity component.

What you will do

• Lead assigned Master Data Management subdomains covering client, product, third-party, account, and reference data.
• Drive end-to-end data quality initiatives, including profiling, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, remediation, and tracking.
• Define data quality rules, controls, and monitoring frameworks to manage data issues proactively.
• Lead data governance and stewardship activities involving critical data elements, metadata, lineage, and business rules.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders on data ingestion, integration, and MDM enhancements.
• Support regulatory, operational, and analytical data requirements while guiding junior analysts and advancing MDM practices.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills for querying, joining, reconciling, and analyzing large datasets across multiple systems.
• Strong experience with data profiling, data quality management, defect analysis, and remediation tracking.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts, including match and merge, survivorship, golden records, and stewardship.
• Experience with data governance practices, metadata, lineage, and critical data element management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance or data quality tools such as Collibra.
• Financial services, regulatory, client, account, product, or reference data experience.
• Experience with Python or BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
