Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you will do

• Generate and distribute customer invoices across multiple business units.
• Review contracts and verify billing against contractual obligations.
• Develop and improve billing processes.
• Research and reconcile customer accounts and support payment applications with the collections department.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and complete vendor paperwork required to facilitate customer payments.
• Navigate multiple databases and customer portals and prepare requested reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant accounts receivable experience.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with billing or accounting software.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and exercise independent judgment.
