Senior Business Analyst (ERP)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Pittsburgh is listed as the location. Initial contract term is one year, with possible extension.

Compensation: $70/hour on W2.

Consulting engagement supporting a large-scale digital transformation program for a supply chain client.

What you will do

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash domains.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
• Map business requirements and data to ERP system capabilities and support data and integration workstreams with SQL.
• Advise GPOs and business leadership, facilitate consensus, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, change management, and decision-making throughout the transformation program.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
• SME-level hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash processes within manufacturing environments.
• End-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience with SAP, Salesforce, or an equivalent platform.
• Strong experience with order management, order entry, target mapping, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
