Sr Business Process Analyst (SAP/ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in The Woodlands, Texas, US

What you will do

• Lead small cross-functional teams through the design, testing, and implementation of supply chain system and process improvements.
• Develop and facilitate employee training on systems and processes, including support for power-user networks.
• Maintain the training library and update materials as processes and systems evolve.
• Influence stakeholders to drive process adoption and use reports to monitor compliance and provide performance coaching.
• Provide Tier 2 support for process and systems issues and resolve complex problems through root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent experience in the assigned functional area.
• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• 2+ years of SAP or ERP experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs.

Nice to have

• Experience leading small and large training classes.
• Experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
