CAT District Sales Manager - East (Construction Equipment)

Location: Remote, United States; candidate should be located near a major airline hub

Salary: $103,300–$177,700 per year

What you will do

• Implement sales and marketing plans for assigned accounts and branch operations in the eastern region.
• Maintain account business planning documents and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, sales potential, competitive activity, and forecasts.
• Support market development, sales promotion, distribution, pricing, and product lifecycle decisions.
• Develop existing and new Cat Dealer relationships and train dealer sales and office personnel on JLG products.
• Coordinate with Equipment Services, Access Financial Services, Customer Support, and JLG management on reports and account activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States, with proximity to a major airline hub.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to combine administrative work with field or production-environment duties, including walking, standing, moderate lifting up to 50 pounds, stair climbing, and exposure to variable temperatures or noise.
