Location: Remote field-based role covering Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. Requires extensive travel of up to approximately 60% in the US and internationally, including clinical trial sites, medical congresses, and the New York City office as needed.
Salary: $183,000–$215,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

What you will do
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospital-based clinicians, researchers, healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide balanced, evidence-based scientific and clinical information on rare disease, uro-oncology, clinical trials, and the company’s investigational therapies.
- Develop territory plans and engagement strategies for healthcare professionals, institutions, medical groups, consortia, and medical congresses.
- Support clinical trial recruitment, site outreach, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and formal scientific presentations.
- Gather clinical and scientific insights, monitor the competitive landscape, and communicate findings to Clinical Operations, Clinical Development, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support MSL onboarding and training while following pharmaceutical regulations, ethical guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Advanced clinical or science degree or professional credential required, such as MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, or RN.
- 3–5+ years of experience in biotechnology, startups, or pharmaceuticals, preferably in Medical Affairs, including 3+ years of MSL experience.
- Oncology and rare disease experience required.
- Experience in a hospital, institutional, clinical, or pharmacy setting.
- Strong scientific and clinical research interpretation, analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and business planning skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively, including up to approximately 60% travel and occasional weekend congress obligations.
