Supply Chain Process & Data Analyst (Power BI)

Salary: $82,900–$134,300 per year

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain, purchasing, planning, supplier management, and operations processes to identify inefficiencies, data issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and improve Power BI dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and recurring reports for supplier performance, purchasing, inventory, planning, and business management.
• Lead data validation, profiling, cleanup, and governance activities across internal supply chain systems.
• Support Infor XA ERP processes, reporting, issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Map and standardize processes, identify automation opportunities, and support supply chain improvement projects from scope definition through implementation and results tracking.
• Partner with purchasing, planning, operations, finance, quality, IT, suppliers, and category teams; train users on dashboards, reports, system processes, and data definitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or data analytics, information systems, operations management, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning, operations, logistics, quality, finance, analytics, data management, or a related area.
• Experience with data validation, KPI development, reporting, root-cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, including Power Query, data modeling, and DAX.
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, ERP reporting tables, workflow automation, and business applications.
• Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment in Frederick, Maryland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infor XA ERP and manufacturing supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting AI enablement, process automation, decision support, governance, or workflow improvement.
• Experience with Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, Databricks, SQL Server, DB2, or generative AI productivity tools.
• Supply chain, supplier performance, inventory, planning, launch readiness, continuous improvement, or project management experience.
• PMP, APICS/ASCM, data analytics, business analytics, or project management certification.
