Capabilities Sr. Analyst (SAP)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid workplace

Salary: $75,800–$170,100 annual base salary depending on U.S. labor-cost zone, plus eligibility for incentive plans

What you will do

• Configure and maintain customer, product, hierarchy, pricing, and other master data in ERP and supporting systems.
• Apply approved policies, business rules, governance standards, and customer data requirements to system configurations.
• Perform audits, validations, reconciliations, and issue investigations to maintain data quality and resolve root causes.
• Translate policy and business requirements into executable configurations, documentation, testing, and validation activities.
• Manage assigned workstreams, milestones, and deliverables for process improvements and system changes.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and operational stakeholders on implementations, governance, controls, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in sales or supply chain and at least 2 years working with desktop office and ERP applications.
• Experience or strong familiarity with master data, including customer structures in SAP S4 and boundary applications.
• Knowledge of customer and sales relationships, related policies, business requirements, and operations planning.
• Project management experience, strong analytical and decision-making skills, communication, organization, adaptability, and teamwork.
• Strong understanding of SAP S4 data structures and strong project leadership and influencing skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
