Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analytics

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $92,500–$131,700 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations for supply chain and operations performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities across planning, manufacturing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for supply chain and operations leadership.
• Establish standards for KPI development, data visualization, data modeling, and self-service analytics.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to identify and support AI, automation, predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization use cases.
• Lead the Operations Analytics Community of Practice, share best practices, and mentor analytics professionals across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain or operations environment, including planning, analytics, and systems exposure.
• Strong Power BI proficiency, including data modeling, DAX, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer goods or corporate supply chain environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation tools, data science methodologies, and machine learning concepts.
• Experience supporting planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience contributing to or leading communities of practice or analytics capability groups.
